A public, moderated board of issues raised by Sawajpur residents. Each one has a status, an upvote button, and a path to resolution.
How this works
- Submit. Any Sawajpur resident submits an issue from their village — category, description, photo optional.
- Moderate. A volunteer reviews for tone, dedupes near-identical entries, and tags the right block/village.
- Publish. The issue appears on the public board with status: new.
- Upvote. Other residents from the same village up-vote (one vote per mobile). High-upvote issues get prioritised.
- Track. Ashwani (or his team) responds with status updates: acknowledged → escalated → resolved.

Why publish an issues board at all
Most Indian constituencies don't have a public record of what residents are asking for. We're going to have one. And we'll connect it directly to the campaign plan — issues shape commitments, commitments get tracked, quarterly reports show what was done.
It's also a useful feedback loop for us. If we get 50 issues about the same PHC, that's a planning signal. If a category gets no issues, maybe the problem isn't visible — we should ask better questions.
